Full council meetings are the 4th Monday* of month from 1:00p-3:00p, except when notated below. All meetings are HYBRID in the Faye Griffin Conference Room with the exception of April 14th and June 9th which are virtual only.

The purpose of the executive committee is to hold extended conversations to review details of agenda items to keep the full council meetings as efficient as possible. No voting or decision making can occur at these meetings except on matters the council has delegated to them. They meet the 1st Monday of each month from 1:00p-2:30p, virtually.
